Great info, however after signing up and login into that forum, any image that I click on within the forum, gives an error message saying that I do not have permission to access/view the page.
Hmm. Was your info stored? Because I don’t have that problem when I log in. Try it again by typing everything in and make sure “autofill” is on in your browser, close out, then login again.
Just tried again, both on my mobile browser and PC, but still the same issue persists. I'll figure it out somehow. Thanks for the response nonetheless.

I DON'T KNOW WHY IT IS NOT WORKING IN MAC. THE LIBRARY WAS CREATED IN WINDOWS AND WAS LOADED INTO KONTAKT 7. BUT THE SAME LIBRARY IS NOT LOADING IN KONTAKT 7 IN MAC.

I already have the NICNT file but somehow Kontakt 7 sends an error called " the instrument belongs to a library that is currently not installed windows"

Thanks for this, do you know how to get more that 4 stereo out? I can do the 4 Aux when I assign output 15-16 in Kontakt it comes in Unassigned 5-6 in Ableton but I can only select one channel.
You can add one manually by pressing the + button in the output config (as shown @ 2:11) then set it up that way but it a little tricky.
@@DizzyJerk Yes I understand but but once you've used the first 4 aux in Ableton "Audio from" there are no stereo ones. It's also confusing since you assign a patch to Output 1-2 in K and you have to select KT-aux1-Kontakt in Ableton (not the same as Kontakt Aux1). Not sure why it shows up like that in Ableton
I think I found the issue. After you create new outputs you save it as default VST outputs. Delete the Kontakt instance and recreate a new one. Then the outputs Ableton since from the Kontakt plug-ins are updated.

Strange, but I've never managed to register any library with this method, though I see how other people do it. Even after having generated the file and cut-pasting it into the library folder my Kontakt 6 can't see the nicnt file at all.
So, generating the nicnt file with the nicnt generator tool is not enough, correct? The wallpaper should also be added, right?
Yes. And make sure "wallpaper" is in LOWER case letters and in PNG. format.

Unfortunately, this does not work in older versions of Kontakt. I also found it funny that you referred to your version as old when Kontakt 7 is their most current version. This process used to work in Kontakt 5.x but then they changed it so that the ONLY way to add a library is via Native Access. That said, your video was clearly done. Too bad, I can't use it. I have heard too many issues with Kontakt 7 to justify updating.

I believe that they removed the Native Access requirement to add libraries in Kontakt 7.

Great video. But my issue is different. I would like to know how to make one shots loop in the sound preview inside the browser.
If you just select the sample in the browser, it should loop automatically until you press the spacebar.

My fav plugin lately (and i don't even like Arturia software stuff like Analog Lab or Pigments). I wish Artria would release it in a hardware form! I mean they are hardware developers after all and this one deserves to be released as a bass synth.

Does the DAW need to send any midi data to the plugin or does the plugin play by itself? And could you in a longer song change the notes the Acid V is playing by sending different midi data from the DAW? I have the same question for the slides and accents. Are these controlled from within the plugin or the DAW or both?
It's a standalone plugin for use with any DAW. SENDING midi??? Not sure. But why would you want to do that? Your choice. Anyway, I'm pretty sure you can map most or all of the parameters on the V to your controller if that's what your asking.
